What is the AI Agent?
The AI Agent lets you build complete business models from plain English, get AI-powered what-if analysis, and auto-generate KPI frameworks. It's included at no extra cost with Professional, Business, and Enterprise.
How does user counting work?
On Focus, Starter, and Professional, users are counted per account. If someone accesses 3 accounts, they're counted 3 times. On Business and Enterprise, each person is counted once — they can access any account you create with a single license.
When should I choose Professional over Starter?
Choose Professional when your team grows beyond 5 users, when you want the AI Agent (only available from Professional onwards), or when you need predefined KPIs, external data connections, and benchmarking.
When should I upgrade to Business?
Consider Business when you have multiple departments or accounts and users who need cross-account access. The single-count user model becomes more cost-effective, you get central control, data inheritance, and API access.
Can a small company use Business or Enterprise?

Can I switch plans later?

After your 30-day Starter trial, you can subscribe to continue or switch to Focus (free). Your data is always safe.

How does the startup/NGO program work?
Start your 30-day trial immediately. During or after your trial, apply for the program. If approved, you'll keep Starter features free (renewable annually). You don't need to wait for approval to start using Markviss.
